Redline
Pressure washing

Pressure washing software that quotes from the curb.

Snap the house, the driveway and the patio, give Redline the square footage, and the quote is built before you're back in the truck. When it rains, one message moves the day.

A quote and a rain day

Quote Albanese from these photos. 2-story vinyl, soft wash. Driveway about 900 sq ft, front walk 120, paver patio out back 400.
Redline

Drafted for Tony Albanese: house soft wash (2-story) $425, driveway 900 sq ft at $0.18, walkway 120 sq ft at $0.18, paver patio 400 sq ft at $0.30. Total $728.60.

Want a second version with paver sealing?

Yes, sealing at $0.85 a foot. And it's pouring Thursday, move my Thursday jobs to Friday.
Redline

Second quote drafted with sealing on 400 sq ft ($340), $1,068.60 total. Moved Thursday's 3 jobs (Kowalski, Tran, Burke) to Friday at the same times, Friday was open.

Quotes wait for your review. Moving a booking happens right away.

How Redline fits a wash business

Square-foot quotes from photos

Send up to 6 photos with your measurements and Redline lays out each surface on its own line: siding, driveway, walks, patio, fence by the linear foot. See pressure washing quotes.

Your minimum, remembered

Say "my minimum is $175" or "roof soft wash is $0.40 a foot" once and Redline uses it on every quote after that. See memory.

Rain days in one message

Move a day's washes to the next open day, or ask Redline to tighten up the week and approve the moves it proposes. Visits in the same town stay together.

Last spring's customers, rebooked

Filter the pipeline to jobs Paid in the last year and you have your rebooking list. Redline drafts each note from your own Gmail, so it reads like you wrote it.

Storefronts and dumpster pads on repeat

Commercial accounts get a repeating series, monthly or every 3 months, with up to 52 visits from one save. Each visit can be moved on its own.

Invoice when the hose is coiled

Say "invoice Albanese, sealing done" and the pay link is ready before you leave. If you found an oil stain to treat, say so in the same message and it's added to the total. On Solo and up.

What the season actually looks like

Pressure washing is a spring-to-fall sprint. In April the quote requests pile up faster than you can drive out to measure, and a fast answer often wins the job. In July it's a full calendar until a week of storms pushes everything back. By October you're trying to fill the last dry weekends and thinking about who to call next spring.

Redline is set up for that rhythm. Quote requests from your free Pro Page land in Contacts as leads. Quotes get built from photos the same day. Rain moves the schedule in one message, and the job pipeline shows every quote sitting in Quoted with its days counting up.

Over the winter, the customer list is still there. Spring rebooking starts with a filter and a few drafted emails instead of scrolling through last year's texts.

The honest version

Redline does

  • Quote by the square or linear foot from your photos and numbers
  • Move rain days and propose a tighter week
  • Repeat commercial accounts monthly or quarterly
  • Invoice on completion with card pay links (Solo and up)
  • Draft rebooking emails to past customers from your Gmail

Redline doesn't

  • Measure square footage from satellite images
  • Keep chemical mix or SH strength logs
  • Ask customers for reviews
  • Remind customers on its own (it reminds you)
  • Text quotes or pay links (copy or email them)

Questions contractors ask

Can I quote without going to the house?

If the customer sends photos and you have the footage, yes. Redline reads the photos you attach and builds the lines from your numbers. It doesn't measure from the photos, so the square footage still comes from you.

Do I have to take deposits?

No. Plenty of washes are paid on completion. For sealing or a big commercial job, put a deposit percentage on the quote and bill it on Solo and up.

Will Redline remind last year's customers automatically?

No. Nothing goes to a customer without you. Redline reminds you (in the iPhone app's morning push) and drafts the email for you to send.

What does it cost for a one-rig business?

Free covers the chat, contacts, calendar, quotes and your Pro Page. Solo at $29 a month adds invoices, card payments and overdue alerts. See pricing.
