Say it once. It sticks.
A new office hire takes weeks to learn your prices, your service area and who you buy from. Redline picks those up as you talk. When you mention something that will matter again, it saves it on its own and shows you a quiet "Remembered" line you can undo.
Learned once, used later
Got it.
Remembered: maintenance plan $450 a year. Service area is inside Route 128. (Undo)
Draft for Ellen Foster: annual maintenance plan, $450. Approve to save it?
You never have to say "remember". Saving a fact happens right away and can be undone from the reply.
What contractors tell it
The kind of fact Redline keeps: prices, packages, service area, hours, suppliers and how you sign off.
| You mention | When it comes up again |
|---|---|
| "Diagnostic fee is $129, waived if they go ahead with the repair." | Used when it drafts the next service call invoice |
| "Biweekly mowing is $55 a cut for a normal lot." | New lawn quotes start from your number, not a guess |
| "We don't go north of Lowell." | It knows your area when a lead calls from outside it |
| "Shingles come from the supply house in Woburn." | It knows who you buy from when you ask about a price |
| "Sign emails 'Thanks, Dave, Hale Roofing'." | Every email draft ends the way you'd write it |
Examples. What Redline does with a fact depends on what you ask it to do next.
You stay in charge of what it knows
See every fact
Settings, then Memory, lists everything Redline has saved. Edit a fact, delete it, or add one by hand.
Undo on the spot
Each save shows a "Remembered" line under the reply with Undo, so a wrong guess is one tap to fix.
Turn it off
With memory off, Redline only saves a fact when you explicitly ask it to.
Kept short
Memory holds around 50 facts, so it's the important stuff, not a transcript.
What it never saves
Passwords, card, bank or Social Security numbers, and sensitive details about other people.
Shared with your team
On Team plans, everyone works from the owner's memory. From a teammate's chat, Redline only saves business facts. See team accounts.

- Turn off whenever you want
Memory doesn't
- Store passwords, card or bank numbers
- Replace a price book or parts catalog
- Keep a separate memory for each teammate
- Hold an unlimited number of facts
Questions contractors ask
Do I have to say "remember this"?
No. Redline saves durable facts on its own when you mention them. If you'd rather it only save on request, turn memory off in Settings.
What if it remembers something wrong?
Tap Undo on the "Remembered" line, or open Settings, then Memory, and edit or delete it.
Is my information private?
Memory belongs to your workspace. It never saves passwords or card, bank or Social Security numbers.
Which plan includes memory?
Every plan, Free included. See pricing.
Teach it your prices once.
Start on Free and tell Redline what you charge. It takes it from there.
