Redline
iPhone app

Run the day from the truck.

Redline for Contractors is on the App Store. It's the same account, chat, jobs and calendar you use on the web, so what you book from the truck is on the office computer right away. The app is also the only place Redline sends push notifications, including the morning brief.

Running late, fixed from the driver's seat

Running 30 late at the Patel job. Push my 2:00 to 2:30 and tell me who I'm seeing after.
Redline

Moved the Grady estimate to 2:30. After that it's the Ostrowski callback at 4:00 in the same town, so you're fine.

Moving a visit applies right away. Calling the customer is one tap from their file.

What the phone adds

Push notifications

The morning brief, Payment received, overdue invoice alerts, new Pro Page quote requests, community replies and replies to your feedback. These only come through the iPhone app.

Your camera, in the chat

Attach up to 6 photos to a message and ask for a quote, or drop them in Quick-Sort to file later.

One-tap calling

Call opens your phone's dialer with the customer's number. Redline doesn't place or record the call; log it afterwards in a sentence.

The tech app, too

On Team and up, techs sign into the same app and land in the tech view: their day, job checklists, crew chat and status buttons. See crew dispatch.

Sign in your way

Email and password, Continue with Google, or Continue with Apple using the native Apple sign-in sheet.

Same data everywhere

Book it at the desk, see it in the truck. Everything lives in one account.

Buying a plan from the app

You can upgrade inside the app through Apple for some plans. Others open web checkout.

Straight answers before you switch

The app does

  • The same chat, jobs, calendar and Money as the web, on one account
  • Push the morning brief, payments, overdue alerts and leads
  • Put your camera straight into the chat
  • Run the tech view for your crew (Team and up)

The app doesn't

  • Come in an Android version yet (Android phones can use the web app in the browser, without push)
  • Track your location or your techs' locations
  • Work fully offline (only logged activity waits for signal)
  • Sell extra seats or the free trial in the app

Questions contractors ask

Is there an Android app?

Not yet. Redline runs in any phone browser, including on Android, but push notifications such as the morning brief need the iPhone app.

Do I need the app to use Redline?

No. The web app does the work. You need the iPhone app for push notifications: the morning brief, reminders, payment and overdue alerts, and new quote requests.

Can I start the Solo free trial in the app?

The trial runs through web checkout: 7 days on monthly, 14 on yearly. Start it on the web, then sign into the app with the same account.

What's the app called on the App Store?

Redline for Contractors.

Put Redline in your pocket.

Sign up free on the web or in the app. It's the same account either way.
