Pricing questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free costs nothing and needs no card. You get the AI chat, contacts, the job pipeline, the calendar with the scheduling assistant, Quick-Sort and a free Pro Page, with a lifetime allowance of 4,000 AI credits.
Which plan do I need to send invoices?
Invoicing starts on Solo. That's where invoices, card pay links, deposits, overdue alerts, expenses and reports live. Solo comes with a 7-day free trial when you start on the web, or 14 days if you pick yearly billing.
Does Redline take a cut of my payments?
No. Card payments run through Stripe on your own connected account. Stripe charges its normal processing fee and Redline adds nothing on top.
What counts as a seat?
Every person on your account, you included, and every pending invite. A tech using the tech app takes one seat. Team includes 3 seats and Team+ includes 10, with extra seats at $29 a month each.
What are AI credits?
Credits measure how much you use the AI chat. Paid plans refill every billing cycle. If you run out, the chat pauses until the next cycle or until you upgrade. Inviting a friend who signs up earns both of you bonus credits that never expire.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime, from Settings under Billing. If you bought through Apple in the iPhone app, you manage it in your Apple subscriptions. Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly price.
Can I pay through the iPhone app?
Yes. Solo and Team can be bought in the iPhone app through Apple. Team+, yearly Team and extra seats are bought on the web.
