Find the money already in your pipeline.
RPMs stands for Revenue Producing Moves. Often the fastest money isn't a new lead. It's the job you sold and never scheduled, the work you finished and never billed, the quote nobody followed up on. Redline RPMs put those piles on your Home screen, and the chat tells you which one to work first.
Asking where to start
Biggest pile is Done not invoiced: 3 jobs, $11,200. Next is 2 jobs sitting in Quoted for over two weeks, $24,000 between them, and the Hale deck is the bigger one at 19 days.
Want me to draft the three invoices first?
Drafts are ready for you to check. For the year: $142,740 collected across 61 paid jobs, an average paid job of $2,340, and a 38% close rate. The 6-month trend is on the card below.
Example numbers. Invoice drafts need Solo or higher.
The five places money sits
These buckets live on Home under "Money sitting in your pipeline", built from your real jobs and invoices.
Sold not scheduled
Accepted jobs with no visit on the calendar. The move: book them. See scheduling.
Done not invoiced
In Progress jobs whose visits are all behind you, with no invoice yet. The move: invoice them by chat or from the customer's file (Solo and up). See invoicing.
Overdue
Invoices past due. The move: call, or send a reminder email from your Gmail. See overdue alerts.
Leads not touched
Leads still waiting on a first call back. The move: call them today, before someone else does.
Quotes gone quiet
Sent quotes with no movement. Quotes saved from chat or the composer stay drafts today, so until sending is back, watch the Stale 7d+ filter on the pipeline's Quoted column. The move: a follow-up, by phone or by an email Redline drafts for you.
The rest of Home
RPMs sit inside the Home dashboard, next to:
- Three rings: Monthly goal, Jobs done and Paid
- A collected-this-month gauge against your target, with your pace
- A funnel: Leads, Quoted, Sold, Scheduled, Done, Paid
- Lately, your recent activity
- A this-year chart with your target line
- Due from customers over the next 14 days
The revenue card in chat
Ask the chat how the year is going and it answers with a revenue card: collected this year, your close rate, your average paid job, jobs paid this year, and a 6-month sparkline. It's the quick read before you decide whether to push for more leads or work the ones you have.
Every number on Home and on the card is live from your account. There are no sample values, so a new account looks empty until you add real jobs.

Questions contractors ask
What does RPMs stand for?
Revenue Producing Moves: the next thing you can do that turns work you already have into money.
Do I get Redline RPMs on Free?
Home and the buckets are on every plan. Collected numbers come from jobs you move to Paid. Overdue is built from invoices, so it fills in once you're on Solo and billing through Redline. See pricing.
Where does the monthly goal come from?
You set it when you sign up, anywhere from $5K to $100K+ a month. The rings and the gauge measure against it.
Why is my Home screen empty?
Everything is live data. Add a few customers and jobs, or backdate recent work in the job pipeline, and the buckets fill in.
