Fence company software that quotes by the foot.
You walk the line with a measuring wheel, then sit in the truck doing math. Tell Redline the footage, the style, the height and the gates, and it builds the quote with the deposit you need to order material.

Built for linear feet and long backlogs
Footage, gates and posts on one quote
Each line is quantity times price: linear feet by style and height, gates by width, posts for repairs, old fence removal, a permit line. Add a deposit percentage. See the fence estimate app.
Wood, vinyl or aluminum side by side
In the quote composer (Solo and up), put the same run on one quote as good, better and best: pressure-treated board, vinyl privacy, ornamental aluminum. When you go over it with the customer, the price of each upgrade is right there.
Your per-foot prices, remembered
Say your vinyl, cedar and chain link prices once, plus your gate and tear-out rates, and Redline uses them on every quote after. See memory.
Deposit before you order material
On Solo and up, bill the deposit on its own invoice with a card pay link, then the balance after the final walk. See invoicing.
Set-post day and panel day
On Team and up, assign crews from the dispatch board. The crew sees the job notes (gate swing, which side faces the neighbor) and never sees prices.
Quotes that went quiet
The job pipeline shows how long each quote has sat in Quoted, amber at 7 days and red at 14, so the fall quotes get a spring follow-up.
The backlog is the job
Spring hits and everyone with a new dog or a new pool wants a fence before the long weekend. You're quoting at night, the crews are booked out for weeks, and every start date hangs on things you don't control: the locate ticket, the town permit, the HOA letter, sometimes a survey because the neighbor doesn't agree on where the pins are.
Redline keeps each of those on the job. Drop the plot plan or the survey photo into Quick-Sort from the truck, put the permit number in the job notes, set a reminder for the day the locate is good. When a customer calls asking for a date, the answer is on their job, not on a sticky note in the other truck.
Frozen ground stops post holes for the winter in a lot of places. That's when the pipeline earns its keep: the quotes that stalled in October are still sitting in Quoted with the price on them, ready for a follow-up email from your own Gmail when the ground thaws.

Questions contractors ask
Can Redline measure my fence line?
No. You measure with a wheel or from the survey, then give Redline the footage. It does the math from there, line by line, and remembers your per-foot prices.
How do deposits work for fence material?
The quote carries a deposit percentage. On Solo and up you bill the deposit as its own invoice and the customer pays by card on the pay link. Redline doesn't create that invoice on its own when a customer says yes; you do it from Money.
Which plan fits a company with two install crews?
Team at $129 a month includes 3 seats, and the owner counts as one, so that's you plus two crew leads. Team+ at $299 has 10 seats if you want every installer on the app. See pricing.
Can I quote a fence repair with a few posts and one section?
Yes. Quote it per post and per section, or as one flat line. Small repairs go through the same pipeline as full installs, so they don't get lost behind the big jobs.
