What this template covers
- Fence by the linear foot, with posts, caps and concrete counted so the materials match the job
- Each gate as its own line, since a drive gate and a walk gate price nothing alike
- A rock and root surcharge per hole, so ledge shows up as what it was, not a mystery bump
- Removal of the old run by the foot, and the permit fee at cost
- The material deposit taken off after tax, leaving the right balance
Skip the template next time
In Redline you'd say "invoice Tanaka $5,831.50, fence balance after the $3,000 deposit" and it drafts the invoice from the job already on his file as one amount with a one-line description. Keep this sheet for the rock holes and gates itemized. You check it, approve it, then copy the card pay link from the invoice in Money into a message or an email from your own Gmail.
