Redline
Concrete

Concrete software for pour days that move.

The truck is ordered, the crew is lined up, and the forecast just changed. Redline checks the weather when you ask, moves the pour in one message, and quotes the next patio with the yardage and the deposit worked out.

Weather check, then a patio quote

What's the forecast Thursday in Shrewsbury? I've got the Fontaine driveway pour.
Redline

Showers are forecast Thursday from about 1 p.m. Friday looks dry all day.

Want me to move the Fontaine pour to Friday at 7:00?

Move it. Then quote the Ruiz patio: 14 by 20, 4 inch, stamped ashlar slate, 4 inch gravel base, sealer. 40% deposit.
Redline

Weather lookups use some of your AI usage. Check yardage against your own numbers before you order.

How Redline fits concrete work

Quotes by the foot and the yard

Give Redline the dimensions, thickness and finish and it lays out demo, base, forms, concrete, reinforcement, finish and sealer. See concrete estimates.

Deposit before the plant order

Concrete gets ordered for a specific day and a specific yardage. Put a deposit on the quote and bill it before you call the plant. On Solo and up.

Pour days that can move

Ask for the forecast in the chat, then move the pour in one message. On Team and up, the crew's phones update along with the calendar.

The crew and the truck on one day

On Team and up, put the finishers on the pour from the board, with the day's notes on the job (forms set, mesh on chairs, pump truck 7:30, cure blankets on the trailer).

Locates and permits

Set a date reminder to call in the utility locate and to pick up the apron permit. It lands in that morning's push on the iPhone app, so the pour doesn't wait on paperwork. See reminders.

Cure instructions after the pour

Have Redline draft the "stay off it for 7 days, no salt this winter" email and send it from your Gmail the afternoon of the pour.

What a concrete week really looks like

Concrete runs on pour days. Everything before (excavation, base, forms, reinforcement, inspection where required) is building toward one morning when the truck shows up, and everything after depends on the weather holding. One rain forecast means calling the plant, the pump and the crew and moving all of them.

Quoting is arithmetic: square feet for flatwork, cubic yards for the order, linear feet for forms and curbs, plus the finish. It has to be right, because a short load costs you and an over-order is concrete you paid for and dumped. The deposit matters for the same reason. Nobody wants to front material for a customer who might back out.

Redline handles the quote, the deposit, the calendar and the crew. The weather check is a question you ask in the chat, and the reschedule is one message after it.

What concrete crews get

Redline does

  • Quote flatwork by the square foot, yard and linear foot
  • Look up the forecast when you ask
  • Move pours and crews in one message
  • Bill deposits before you order (Solo and up)
  • Remind you about locates and permits

Redline doesn't

  • Order from the ready-mix plant or book the pump
  • Do takeoffs from plans
  • Watch the weather and warn you on its own
  • Track crew hours (no time tracking)
  • Text the customer a new pour date (calling is one tap)

Questions contractors ask

Can Redline calculate yardage?

It does the arithmetic you ask for in the chat and puts it on the quote. Check it against your own takeoff and add your usual extra before you call the plant.

Can I put my crack warranty on the quote?

Add it as a $0 line or put it in the email you send with the quote from your Gmail. Your terms, your wording.

What plan does a pour crew need?

Team at $129 a month includes 3 seats, counting you. Team+ includes 10 seats for $299, with more at $29 each. Quotes and scheduling work on Free.
