Why it's laid out this way
- Footage drives the price, so the fence line is per linear foot and the rest follows from it
- Posts and bags of concrete are counted, not buried in the footage, so a fence with lots of corners prices right
- The pool gate is its own line because code hardware costs more than a side gate
- The rock surcharge is written in the terms now, so nobody's surprised later
