How do I charge for a lockout or a late cancellation?
Invoice it by chat: "invoice the Mullers, lockout fee $60". Say your fee once and Redline remembers it for next time. Invoicing is on Solo and up.
Can I price by bedrooms and bathrooms?
Yes. Tell Redline your rates once ("3 bed 2 bath standard is $165, deep clean is $295") and it uses them on every quote.

Team at $129 a month includes 3 seats, counting you, with the board and the cleaner app. Solo at $29 is for owners who clean alone and need invoicing.
