Every home, the right team, every other Tuesday.
A cleaning schedule looks simple until you count the skips, the holiday weeks and the client who only wants Maria's team. Redline books each client's cleans as one series and puts the right team on each home.
Running a recurring cleaning schedule
Find the first clean
"Find a 3-hour slot for the Abernathys next week." Redline offers open times, favoring days you're already in their town.
Set the repeat
Add the clean in the calendar with Repeat set to weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, and the whole series books at once. Save it as a preset like "Biweekly 3 hr" so the next client is one tap.
Put a team on each home
On Team and up, pair two cleaners as one car for the day, or every week on that day, and assign homes to them on the board or by chat.
Cleaners see only their homes
The app shows each cleaner their homes in order, the office notes (where the key is, which dog stays in, the bedroom they skip) and the job checklist.
Skips, holidays and cancellations
Move or delete one visit and the rest of the series stays put. "Move the Abernathys to Wednesday this week" does it from the chat.
Thanksgiving week
Thursday has 6 cleans: 3 for Maria and Ana in Newton, 3 for Jess and Tara in Needham. Wednesday is full for Maria and Ana, so I'd put their three on Friday, and Jess and Tara's on Wednesday afternoon.
Go ahead?
Moved. To skip the Kaplans, open this week's visit on the calendar and delete it; the rest of their series stays. Want me to draft an email letting the other five know their new day?
Pairing cleaners and assigning homes is on Team ($129 a month) and up. Rescheduling by chat works on every plan.
What changes week to week, handled
Teams that ride together
Group two cleaners for today only, every week on that day, or until you undo it. Their homes show as one route.
The client who wants the same team
Assign the series' visits to the same pair and note it on the client's file, so whoever schedules next week sees it.
Status without a phone call
Cleaners tap En route and On job. You see who's still at the 9am when the 12:30 client asks.
No money on the cleaner's phone
Cleaners never see prices, quotes or invoices. That's enforced in the database, not just hidden.

Questions contractors ask
How many cleaners can I have?
Team is $129 a month with 3 seats, and you count as one. Team+ is $299 a month with 10 seats, plus $29 a month for each extra. Every cleaner with the app uses a seat.
Can cleaners clock in and out?
No. There's no time clock, timesheets or payroll. Cleaners tap their status, which shows you where the day stands but isn't a time record.
Where do I keep entry instructions?
In the office notes on the job, which the cleaner sees in their app. Keep alarm codes out of the chat itself; Redline's memory is built not to save secrets like passwords.
