Redline
Pest control scheduling

Every account, back on schedule.

Pest control lives or dies on the recurring visit. Redline books each account's quarterly or monthly service as one series, slots callbacks in between by chat, and reminds you when a termite warranty comes up for renewal.

From the initial service to the next renewal

  1. Book the initial service

"Book the Hollands' initial interior and exterior Thursday, 90 minutes." Redline offers slots next to your other stops in that town.

  2. Set the plan's cadence

Open the visit and pick the repeat: every 3 months for quarterly, every 2 months for bi-monthly, or every month. End it on the agreement date or after a number of visits.

  3. Save the plan as a preset

"Quarterly general pest, 45 min" or "Monthly mosquito, 30 min". Up to 20 presets, so each plan you sell is one tap.

  4. Callbacks between visits

"Mice in the Hollands' garage again, book a re-service Monday." It's a single visit that doesn't touch the series.

  5. Renewals and billing

Set a date reminder for each termite renewal, up to a year out. Invoice per visit or per plan by chat on Solo and up.

Signing up a new account

Rick Holland signed up for quarterly general pest, $129 a visit. Book his initial service this week, 90 minutes. And which termite renewals are coming up next month?
Redline

Thursday 1:00 is open, right after your Sunderland stop on Pine St. Book the initial for Rick Holland then?

Termite renewals with reminders next month: Alvarez (Nov 4) and Cho (Nov 18).

Book it.

Booked Thursday at 1:00. Book his first quarterly about 3 months out and put your "Quarterly GP" repeat on it; that one save fills in every visit after.

Pest control route software, honestly

If you're looking for software that lays out your route on a map and orders the stops by drive time, Redline isn't that. It groups visits by the town in each address. Ask for a time and it offers slots next to your other stops in that town; ask it to tighten the week and Optimize proposes moves that put same-town visits together.

For a one or two route business that's usually what you were doing in your head anyway. What it fixes is the part your head is bad at: hundreds of accounts on different cadences, and the quarterly visit for the customer who moved their August service to September and now isn't due until December.

Straight answers for pest control

Redline does

  • Quarterly, bi-monthly and monthly plans as one series each
  • Callbacks booked by chat without breaking the series
  • Renewal reminders up to a year ahead
  • Group visits by town when you tighten the week
  • A tech app with each tech's stops (Team and up)

Redline doesn't

  • Keep chemical application logs or EPA records
  • File state regulatory reports
  • Optimize routes on a map or by drive time
  • Bill service plans automatically or run autopay
  • Remind customers about upcoming service

Questions contractors ask

Can I record what product I used?

You can write it in the job notes, but that isn't a compliant application log. Keep your state's required records wherever you keep them now.

Can my techs see their route for the day?

On Team ($129 a month, 3 seats) and up, each tech gets an app with their day's stops in order, the office notes and one-tap call. Techs tap their status; there's no GPS.

What if a customer moves their quarterly visit?

Move that one visit. The rest of the series stays put, so if you want the whole plan to shift, move each upcoming visit or start a new series from the new date.
