Junk removal software that prices the pile.
The customer sends three blurry photos of a garage and asks how much. Redline turns them into a load estimate with your item surcharges, then lets you fix the number on site and take the card before you pull out.
From photos to paid, same afternoon
My read from the photos: about a half load of mixed junk, plus a fridge and a mattress. Using your prices: half load $375, fridge (refrigerant) $75, mattress $50. Total $500. Confirm the volume on site. Save it as a quote?
Invoice drafted for Diane Foley: $650, "3/4 load $525, fridge $75, mattress $50".
Approve it and the pay link goes live before the truck leaves.
The photo estimate is a starting point you check on site. Invoices need Solo and up.

Quotes from the customer's photos
Attach up to 6 photos to a message and Redline drafts a quote in load fractions plus surcharges for mattresses, appliances and tires. See the junk removal quote app.
The number changes at the curb
When half a truck turns into three quarters, tell Redline and the invoice reflects what you actually hauled. No retyping the whole thing.
Paid before you drive off
On Solo and up, the customer pays by card on the pay link while you're still in the driveway. The payment lands in your own Stripe account.
Profit after the dump
Log the tipping fee as an expense on the job, with a photo of the dump ticket, and Reports shows what each job made after it. On Solo and up. See expenses and reports.
Realtors and property managers
Keep the agent or manager who sent the job as a contact, note who referred each cleanout, and see the estate and eviction cleanouts move through your pipeline.
A free page that takes requests
Your Pro Page has a quote request form. Requests land in Contacts as leads. Free shows 3 a month; paid plans show them all.
A two-person truck and a full Saturday
Junk removal runs on one or two trucks with two people each. The day mixes a full garage cleanout, a couple of single-item pickups squeezed in between, and maybe an estate cleanout where the realtor needs the house empty by Friday for photos. Pricing is by how much of the truck you fill, plus extra for the things the dump charges you extra for.
The hard part is that the price is a guess until you see the pile. Customers want a number from their photos, then the basement has more in it than they mentioned. Redline keeps the photo quote and the final invoice on the same customer file, so the change is clear to you and to them, and the card gets run before the truck leaves the driveway instead of after three follow-up calls.
Spring cleanouts and summer moves keep you busy; winter slows down. The repeat business comes from the realtors, property managers and estate attorneys who call you every time. Each one is a contact with a history of jobs, so you know who sends you work and who you should be dropping off a card to.
Straight answers for junk haulers
Redline does
- Draft quotes from customer photos by chat
- Adjust the price on site and invoice the real load (Solo and up)
- Take card payments on a pay link (Solo and up)
- Track dump fees as job expenses (Solo and up)
- Keep referral partners and their jobs in one place
Redline doesn't
- Measure truck volume exactly (the photo read is an estimate)
- Let customers book a pickup online
- File donation receipts or dump tickets as documents
- Map your route (grouping is by town name)
- Text customers (calling is one tap)
Questions contractors ask
Do I need the Team plan for a two-person truck?
Only if your helper needs the app. If you run the jobs and the helper just lifts, Solo at $29 a month covers it. Team at $129 has 3 seats and adds the crew board and tech app when you run more than one truck.
Can customers book a pickup online?
No. The closest thing is the quote request form on your free Pro Page, which drops the request into Contacts as a lead for you to call back.
How accurate are quotes from photos?
As accurate as the photos. Redline gives you a read in load fractions using your own prices, and you confirm on site. It's a fast first number, not a measurement.
