Redline
Junk removal quotes

Half a truck and a fridge, quoted from the photos.

The customer sends three blurry photos of the garage and wants a price. Redline turns your call on the load size, plus the mattress, the fridge and the tires, into a quote, then lets you adjust it on site and bill it before the truck leaves.

From photos to an empty garage

  1. Get photos

Ask for a wide shot of the pile and close-ups of anything heavy or special. Attach up to 6 to one message.

  2. Call the load size

You know your truck. Tell Redline "looks like half a truck plus a fridge and two mattresses" and it builds the lines at your prices. It reads the photos for the items; the volume call is yours.

  3. Quote a range if you need to

Draft one quote at half a truck and one at three-quarters, so the customer knows where it lands if there's more behind the door.

  4. Confirm on site

Once you see it, tell Redline what it really was. The final invoice uses the real load and any stairs or extra items.

  5. Paid before you pull out

Approve the invoice and the customer pays by card on the pay link, right there. Invoicing is on Solo and up.

A garage cleanout

Quote Gina Ferraro from these photos. Garage, I'd call it half a truck, maybe three-quarters. Fridge, two mattresses, four tires. Give her both sizes.
Redline

Two drafts for Gina Ferraro:

Half truck $325 plus fridge $60, 2 mattresses $80, 4 tires $40. Total $505.

Three-quarter truck $450 plus the same items. Total $630.

I can see a treadmill in the second photo; want it as its own item or in the load?

In the load.
Redline

Left in the load. Approve both and they save to the Ferraro file. When you're on site, tell me the final load and I'll draft the invoice.

Quotes by chat work on every plan; invoices need Solo. Example prices only.

Every junk removal quote from photos is a guess, and the customer knows it. What they hate is a guess that moves without explanation. Quoting two load sizes up front, with the item fees broken out, means the on-site number is already one of the options they saw.

Realtors and property managers are the repeat business here. Every one of them is a contact in Redline with every cleanout you've done for them, so when one calls about a new listing, you can see what you charged for the last estate cleanout.

Straight answers on junk quotes

Redline does

  • Quote from customer photos and your load call
  • Item surcharges on their own lines
  • Two load sizes side by side
  • Invoice the real load on site with a card pay link (Solo and up)
  • Keep realtor and property manager history on their file

Redline doesn't

  • Guess the truckload volume from photos for you
  • Track dump tickets or disposal weights
  • Put an instant quote form on your website
  • Text the quote to the customer
  • Take card-present payments with a reader

Questions contractors ask

Can the customer pay on the spot?

Yes, on Solo and up. Approve the invoice and the pay link works in any phone browser. Copy it to them, or paste it into an email from your Gmail.

Can I track my dump fees per job?

File the dump receipt against the job in Money's Expenses (you type the amount). Reports then shows profit per job after those costs.

Can realtors get their own rate?

Tell Redline once ("agents from Harbor Realty get 10% off cleanouts") and it remembers. It's a saved fact, not a price list, so check the discount is on the quote. Quoting is free; invoices need Solo at $29 a month.
