Solar panel cleaning software for plans that keep coming back.
A one-time clean is a nice day. A customer on a twice-a-year plan is a business. Redline quotes the panels and the critter guard, books the plan as a repeating visit and keeps the before and after photos that sell the next one.
A first clean that turns into a plan
Draft for Ana Mendez: panel cleaning, 24 at $8: $192. Two-story surcharge: $50. Debris and nest removal: $85. Bird proofing mesh, 24 panels at $14: $336. Total $663. Save it?
Chat books one visit at a time, so for the plan: use Add event in the Calendar, start it Friday, Oct 9 at 8:00 for Ana and tap your saved "Twice a year" preset. That puts the whole series on the calendar in one save.
Repeating visits and presets work on every plan. Invoices are on Solo and up.
Built for per-panel prices and plans
Plans as repeating visits
Book a plan every 3 or 6 months, up to 52 visits in a series, and save the cadence as a preset like "Quarterly" or "Twice a year". Each visit can move on its own. See recurring jobs.
Per panel, with the extras
Panel count times your price, a surcharge for two-story or steep roofs, bird proofing per panel or per foot, nest removal flat. Your prices are remembered. See quotes and estimates.
Count the panels once
Note the panel count, roof access and hose bib location on the customer, so every plan visit gets the same invoice without another count.
Photos that prove the clean
Before and after shots filed with Quick-Sort land on the customer's Notes tab, ready to show when they ask whether the plan is worth it.
One invoice per visit
Plans are invoiced visit by visit with a card pay link, on Solo and up. Redline doesn't bill plans automatically each quarter. See invoicing.
Dust, pollen and pigeons
Solar panel cleaning is usually a one or two person operation with a water-fed pole, a ladder and a truck. In dusty and high-pollen areas, panels need cleaning every few months; elsewhere twice a year is plenty. Birds are their own line of work: nests under the array, droppings on the glass and a mesh job that pays better than the clean.
The job is easy to sell once and hard to keep sold. The customer forgets how dirty the panels were, the next visit feels optional, and the plan quietly lapses. Photos on their file help. So does having the next visit already on the calendar, so you're confirming a date instead of asking for a new decision.
Mornings matter in hot climates, when the panels are cool and the glass hasn't baked. Redline lets you set the time of day when you book, and Optimize groups visits in the same town so a morning covers more roofs.

Questions contractors ask
Can Redline bill my plan customers automatically?
No. Each visit is invoiced on its own. Redline drafts the invoice from the visit in one message, and the customer pays by card on the pay link.
Can I sell bird proofing on the same quote?
Yes. Add it as a line. In the quote composer (Solo and up) you can also set the quote up as good, better and best: clean only, clean plus nest removal, and clean with full critter guard.
What plan does a solo cleaner need?
Free covers the chat, contacts, calendar and repeating visits. Solo at $29 a month adds invoices and card payments, with a 7-day free trial on the web. See pricing.
