Redline
Lawn care CRM

Forty mowing customers. Who hasn't booked aeration?

You see every customer's lawn every week, and the thin spots and the leaf piles are your next jobs. Redline keeps what the crew noticed on each file, finds who doesn't have a fall service booked yet, and drafts the offer from your own Gmail.

Selling to the route you already have

  1. Note what you see

"Patel's front lawn is thin by the driveway, grubs?" Snap it into Quick-Sort or say it in the chat, and it goes on their file.

  2. Pick the moment

Aeration and overseeding in late summer, leaf cleanup when the trees turn, spring cleanup in March. Set a date reminder so the list comes up on time.

  3. Find who hasn't booked

Ask Redline which weekly customers in a town don't have a fall service job yet. That's the list.

  4. Draft the offers

Redline drafts a short note for each customer with your price. Each one waits for you to check, then goes from your Gmail.

  5. Turn yeses into jobs

A yes becomes a job in Accepted and a visit on the calendar, usually the same day as their mow. A no can go to Lost so you don't ask twice.

Late August

Which of my weekly mow customers in Reading don't have a fall aeration job yet?
Redline

9 weekly customers in Reading with no aeration job this year: Abbott, Bell, Dunn, Lam, Ortiz, Patel, Price, Rossi, Walsh.

Patel has a note from July: thin front lawn by the driveway.

Draft each an offer: core aeration and overseeding, $165 for lots under a quarter acre, done on their mow day in September. Mention the thin spot to Patel.
Redline

9 drafts ready. Patel's mentions the thin area by the driveway. Review each one and tap Approve & send to send it from your Gmail.

Emails go only after you review them, from your own Gmail. Redline never contacts customers on its own. Example prices only.

The cheapest sale in the trade

A mowing customer already trusts you, already pays you and already has your truck in front of their house every week. Selling them aeration costs one email. The reason it doesn't happen is timing: by the time you think of it, the season is half over and you've got no list.

Redline fixes the list. Your customers, their towns, what the crew noticed and which ones already have the service booked are all in one place you can ask. It won't run a campaign for you or send anything without you, and for a route business that's fine. You know which customers will say yes.

Straight answers on lawn customer lists

Redline does

  • Keep crew notes and photos on each customer's file
  • Find customers without a given service booked
  • Draft offers sent from your Gmail
  • Remind you when the season for each add-on comes up
  • Show untouched leads and quotes gone quiet on Home

Redline doesn't

  • Run email or text campaigns on its own
  • Import your customer list from a spreadsheet
  • Measure lot sizes from satellite images
  • Ask for reviews
  • Read replies in your inbox (Gmail is send-only)

Questions contractors ask

Can I quote by lot size?

Yes. Tell Redline your rates for small, medium and large lots once, and it uses them when you quote. You supply the size, it doesn't measure.

What about new leads?

Requests from your free Pro Page land in Contacts as leads, and the neighbor who flags down your crew can be added in one message.

Can my crew flag a lawn that needs work?

On Team and up, crews can leave a note in the job's crew chat thread ("grubs in the Patel front lawn"). You put it on the customer's file or turn it into a quote.
