Pool service work order for the weekly stop.

A route tech does the same twelve things at every pool, but the readings and the chemicals are different each week. This sheet is the stop: the routine as checklist lines, the numbers, what went in the water, and the O-ring that was cracked.

What this template covers

  • The weekly routine as $0 checklist lines, so the stop looks the same every week
  • Chemicals by the gallon, billed only for what went in
  • A readings line for chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer and hardness
  • Small parts replaced on the stop, on their own line
  • The gate, the dog and the water level, which cause a lot of callbacks

Doing it in Redline

Weekly pools are a repeating series: book the first stop, repeat every week through the season (up to 52 visits in a series), and save it as a "Weekly pool" preset. Each visit is its own appointment, so a storm day moves one stop and not the season. Redline groups stops by town name when it suggests times, which helps a route, but it isn't map routing or drive-time math.

There's no built-in chemical log, so put the readings in the job's notes or keep this sheet. On Team ($129 a month for 3 seats), the route tech sees each stop on the tech app's Today screen and taps through the day, and you can see on the crew board who's On job. Bill the month's chemicals and the O-ring by chat on Solo or up; Redline doesn't bill the service automatically. See pool service scheduling.

The whole season, booked in one save.

Redline is free to start. Repeating visits are on every plan, the tech app on Team.
