Redline vs AccuLynx: production system or pocket office.

Redline is free to start: the chat, contacts, a job pipeline and the calendar for $0, with no end date. AccuLynx is roofing business management software with aerial measurements, material ordering and a production calendar. A roofer running several crews will want what AccuLynx does.

The short version

Redline is for the roofer who sells, schedules and bills from the truck. Leads go into a pipeline by message, quotes get built from your squares or a photo, and on Solo at $29 a month the deposit and the final bill go out as card pay links. Team at $129 a month adds 3 seats and a crew board.

AccuLynx is roofing business management software: CRM, estimating, aerial measurements, production scheduling, material ordering and payments. You can order EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, Hover and Geospan measurements inside the app, order materials through ABC Supply, SRS and QXO integrations, and run a production calendar for appointments, deliveries and crews. Its AccuPay payments take card, debit and ACH, and crews use its Field App.

AccuLynx's FAQ says it prices by users and features, as a monthly fee per license, with no contracts and cancel anytime. Its Essential plan is aimed at growing roofing teams, and its Pro and Elite plans are quoted by sales. For current prices, see AccuLynx's plan options page.

Questions contractors ask

Can Redline order measurement reports or materials?

No. Redline has no measurement report ordering and no supplier integrations. You tell it the squares and the lineal feet of drip edge and ridge, and it builds the itemized quote with your prices.

How do roofing deposits work in Redline?

Put a deposit % on the quote, then invoice the deposit amount with a card pay link before you order materials, and invoice the remaining balance when the roof is done. Invoicing is on Solo and up. See the roofing estimate template for how the numbers lay out.

Is there a contract with either one?

Redline plans are month to month or yearly, and you can change or cancel anytime. AccuLynx's FAQ also says no contracts and cancel anytime.
