AccuLynx alternatives for roofers who aren't running production yet.

AccuLynx is roofing software for companies that sell, measure, order and build at volume. If you're a smaller roofing outfit paying per license for production tools you barely open, these are the alternatives to look at.

Who AccuLynx is for, and how it charges

AccuLynx is built for roofing contractors, and its plan page pitches its entry plan at growing roofing teams. Its strength is the production side: you order aerial measurements (EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, Hover, Geospan) inside the app, run a production calendar for appointments, deliveries and crews, and order materials through supplier integrations with ABC Supply, SRS and QXO. Payments run through AccuPay with card, debit and ACH, and there's a field app.

On pricing, AccuLynx's FAQ says it charges a monthly fee per license, priced by users and features, and that there are no contracts and you can cancel anytime. Its higher plans, Pro and Elite, are quoted by sales. So every office person, sales rep and production manager who needs a login is another license.

For a roofer moving dozens of jobs a month through supply orders and crew schedules, that's money well spent. For one crew and an owner who sells, it may be more system than the work needs. Two-way comparison: Redline vs AccuLynx.

Questions contractors ask

Is AccuLynx on a contract?

AccuLynx's FAQ says no: it's a monthly fee per license and you can cancel anytime. Redline is the same on that point: month to month, with yearly optional at 20% off.

Can Redline order shingles or measurement reports?

No. Redline has no supplier or measurement integrations. You give it the squares and it builds the quote; you order materials the way you do now.

How do I track a deposit on a roof in Redline?

Set a deposit % on the quote so the number is on paper. On Solo and up, invoice the deposit amount, then invoice the balance when the roof's done (Redline doesn't subtract the deposit for you). Money shows what's collected and what's outstanding. See roofing estimates.
