Irrigation software for start-up and blowout season.
Every system you service needs you twice a year, and they all need you in the same few weeks. Redline keeps the whole list on the calendar as repeating visits and puts the repairs you find on the invoice before you leave the yard.
A blowout with an add-on
Invoice drafted for Gary Pruitt: $374, "Winterization blowout $85, smart controller installed $289".
Approve it and the pay link goes live.
Chat books one visit at a time, so for a series: use Add event in the Calendar, start it Tuesday, April 13 at 9:00 and tap your saved "Start-up and blowout" preset. That puts every spring and fall visit on the calendar in one save.
Invoices are on Solo and up. Repeating visits and presets work on every plan.
Built for a customer base that repeats
The whole list comes back twice a year
Book a spring start-up with a 6 month repeat and the fall blowout lands on its own, for up to 52 visits. Save it as a preset and it's one tap for every new customer. See recurring jobs.
Tight windows, grouped by town
Ask for a time and Redline offers the best open slots, grouping visits in the same town. Optimize looks at the next 7 days and proposes moves that tighten up the route. Grouping is by town name, not drive time.
Repairs found on the visit
Broken heads, a cracked lateral, a valve that won't close: tell Redline what you fixed and it adds them to the invoice total and description. Your per-head and per-valve prices are remembered.
New systems quoted per zone
Quote an install per zone with the controller, backflow and drip lines, plus a deposit to buy pipe and heads. See quotes and estimates.
Zone notes on the customer
Keep the zone layout, valve box locations and controller model in the customer's notes and photos. The next tech doesn't have to hunt for the valve box under the mulch.
Two rushes and a summer of repairs
In cold climates an irrigation company has two sprints a year. In spring every system needs to be started, checked and adjusted, and every customer wants it done before the lawn browns. In fall every system has to be blown out before the first hard freeze. It's the same customers both times, often hundreds of them, inside a few weeks.
The trick is not having to rebuild the list each season. When a customer's start-up and blowout are a repeating series, they're already on the calendar next year, and you're moving visits around instead of calling everyone to book. Summer is for repairs and new installs, which come in as service calls and quotes.
Start-ups also find work. A broken head in zone 3, a valve that sticks, a controller that's twelve years old. Those add-ons are where the margin is, and they're the first thing to go unbilled when a tech is moving fast. With Redline the repair goes on the invoice in the same breath as the visit.

Questions contractors ask
How do I get last year's customers back on the schedule?
The easy way is booking each customer's visits as a repeating series, so next year is already on the calendar. Redline doesn't email or text your whole list for you. For customers without a series, you can draft follow-up emails from your Gmail one at a time, or call.
Can I do backflow testing in Redline?
You can schedule and invoice the test like any visit. The certification report your water authority wants still goes through their form or system.
Can my techs add repairs from the field?
On Team and up, techs see their day, the job checklist and notes, and they can mark jobs done. They don't see prices. The owner or office adds the repairs to the invoice from what the tech reported.
What plan fits two service trucks?
Team at $129 a month has 3 seats with the owner counted, plus the dispatch board and tech app. See pricing.
