At the end of the month, say "invoice Moreno $511 for September lawn service" and Redline drafts it on his file as one amount with a one-line description. Approve it and he can pay by card from the link. Do that for each customer on your route, or turn finished jobs into invoices from Ready to bill. Redline doesn't bill the season automatically, so you ask for each month's invoices yourself.

Invoicing is on the Solo plan, $29 a month with a 7-day free trial. The weekly cuts themselves go on the calendar as a repeating series you can save as a "Weekly mow" preset. See lawn care invoicing.
