Doing it in Redline
When you order the pump, say "remind me Wednesday to check if the Pruitt pump came in". The reminder lands in Wednesday's morning push on the iPhone app. When it arrives, "find a time for the Pruitt washer, second visit" offers open slots, grouped with other calls in her town when it can. Put the model, serial and part number in the job's notes so they're on the phone of whoever goes back.
