One contractor business app instead of five.
Leads in the notes app, visits in the phone calendar, quotes in an estimate app, invoices in another, the bank app to see who paid, the crew on a group thread. Redline puts customers, jobs, the schedule and the money in one contractor business app, with a chat on top that works across all of it.
What falls through the gaps between apps
Every app you use does its one job fine. The trouble is the space between them. The quote lives in the estimate app, but nothing tells the calendar the customer said yes, so the job never gets scheduled. The job is finished on the calendar, but nothing tells the invoice app, so it sits unbilled for two weeks. And the only way to know who paid is to scroll the bank app and match deposits to jobs from memory.
When it's one app, each step hands off to the next. A job moves from Quoted to Accepted, gets a visit on the calendar, and once it's finished, shows up in Ready to bill. And the dashboard can show you exactly where money is stuck, because it can see every step.

One question across the whole business
Two jobs are done but not invoiced: Garcia water heater ($1,850) and the Patel panel swap ($2,400). One quote has gone quiet: the Lindqvist kitchen, 16 days in Quoted. And the Ames job is sold but not on the calendar.
Want me to draft the two invoices?
Both invoices are drafted for you to review. Ames: Wednesday at 8 is open, and you're already in Quincy, where Ames is, at 10 that morning. Book it?
Drafting invoices needs Solo or higher. You review each one before the pay link goes live.
What "all in one" means here, exactly
All in one means the work you do every week. It doesn't mean every piece of software a business owns.

Questions contractors ask
Is this a contractor management app for managing subcontractors?
No. Some "contractor management" software is for companies that hire contractors and track their insurance and compliance. Redline is for running your own contracting business: your customers, your jobs, your crew and your money.
Does it replace QuickBooks?
No. Redline isn't accounting software and doesn't sync with QuickBooks. Reports can export a QuickBooks-format CSV and a plain CSV for whoever does your books.
Phone or computer?
Both, on one account. Redline runs in any browser and in the iPhone app. Push alerts need the iPhone app.
What does it cost to have it all?
Free covers customers, jobs and the schedule for one person. Solo at $29 a month adds the money side. Team at $129 a month adds the crew side with 3 seats. See pricing.
By trade
Move one week into one app.
Start on Free with this week's customers and jobs. Add the money side when you're ready to bill.
