Redline vs Service Fusion: small now, or bigger soon.

Redline is free to start, and its paid plans bundle seats: 1 on Solo, 3 on Team, 10 on Team+. Service Fusion charges a flat price with unlimited users. If you're small today, Redline costs less; once the crew grows, Service Fusion's model can win.

The short version

Redline's prices follow headcount. One person runs on Free at $0, or on Solo at $29 a month once invoicing starts. Three people fit on Team at $129 a month. Team+ at $299 covers 10, and each seat past that is $29 a month, up to 100 seats. Small shops pay little; a big crew pays more per head than it would on a flat plan.

Service Fusion is field service management software for small to midsize service contractors in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning and more. It covers scheduling and dispatch, estimates that convert to jobs, online invoicing and payments, and a two-way QuickBooks Online and Desktop sync. GPS fleet tracking is an add-on, and its top plan adds a customer portal, an open API and progress billing.

Service Fusion's pricing page lists Starter at $208 a month billed annually ($245 month to month), Plus at $325 a month billed annually ($382 month to month) and Pro at $533 a month billed annually ($627 month to month), every plan with unlimited users. It offers a free demo.
