Redline
Team accounts

Bring in the office and the crew. One workspace.

On Team and Team+, everyone works from the same contacts, jobs, calendar and chat history. The office books and bills, the techs get their own simple app, and you decide who's in. Here's exactly how seats, roles and invites work, including the parts people usually find out after they pay.

Adding someone

  1. Create an invite

Pick their role and copy the invite link to send however you like. If Gmail is connected, Redline also emails it from your address.

  2. They join within 14 days

Invite links expire after 14 days. A pending invite holds a seat while it waits.

  3. They land in the right place

Techs land in the tech app with their day, job checklists and crew chat. The other roles use the regular app.

Seats by plan

Every person counts, you included, and so does every invite that hasn't been accepted yet.

Yearly billing is 20% off. Running 11 or more people? The pricing page offers a call to talk it through.

What a shared workspace means

Four roles

Admin, Member, Office and Tech. Techs land in the tech app and never see job values, quotes or invoices.

Shared data and chats

Contacts, jobs, the calendar and chat conversations are shared, so whoever picks up the phone has the whole history.

One pool of AI credits

Everyone draws from the owner's plan allowance. There's no separate allowance per seat.

One shared memory

Teammates use the owner's saved facts, like prices and service area. From their chats, Redline only saves business facts. See memory.

The owner holds the wallet

Only the owner can change the plan. Extra seats on Team+ are added or removed on the web, in Settings under Billing. Adding one charges the prorated difference today; removing one lowers the next bill, with no refund.

More than one business

One login can belong to several workspaces and switch between them, handy if you run two companies or help out on someone else's.

Straight answers before you switch

Redline does

  • Invite by link, or by email from your Gmail
  • Give techs their own app view without money
  • Share data, chats and memory across the workspace
  • Let one person switch between workspaces

Redline doesn't

  • Give each seat its own AI allowance
  • Sell extra seats on Solo or Team
  • Change seats from the iPhone app (it's done on the web)
  • Track hours, timesheets or payroll
