LMN alternatives for landscapers still pricing from the truck.
LMN is built around landscape budgeting: overhead recovery, price lists, material and labor calculators, then scheduling and a crew app with timesheets. If you're under 10 people and price jobs from experience, here's what else fits.
Who LMN is for, and how the licenses work
LMN serves landscape maintenance, design-build and snow companies with crews. Budgets with overhead recovery feed price lists, material and labor calculators and automated proposals. Scheduling runs on calendars and a whiteboard, and the iOS and Android crew app covers schedules, timesheets and tasks. Invoicing and payments are included.
LMN's pricing page lists Starter from $297 a month, with 1 office or crew lead license and 5 crew member licenses, aimed at companies under 10 employees. Professional starts at $648 a month with 3 office and 15 crew licenses, and Enterprise is by quote. Jobsite files and photos are on Professional and up.
If you know your overhead to the dollar and want every estimate to recover it, that's what LMN is for, and Redline has no budgeting or price lists. If you're a three-person maintenance crew pricing mulch, cleanups and plantings from experience, a license bundle built for a bigger office may be more than you need. Two-way comparison: Redline vs LMN.

Questions contractors ask
Can Redline recover my overhead in estimates?
Not on its own. There's no budgeting or overhead model. You set your prices, Redline remembers them, and quotes use them. The hourly rate calculator can help you find a rate that covers overhead.
Do my crew members need licenses in Redline?
Every person who logs in uses a seat, the owner included. Team covers 3 seats for $129 a month and Team+ covers 10 for $299, with extra seats at $29. Techs pay nothing themselves; the tech app (Team and up) comes with their seat.
Does Redline track crew hours?
No. There are no timesheets or clock-in. Techs tap Idle, En route or On job so you can see the day on the board, but hours aren't recorded.
