- Protection: sealant, or the coating and how long it's rated for

- Test spot line: the final price depends on what the paint does
A photo isn't a paint reading
Photos tell you a lot and miss a lot. Thin clear coat, a respray on one panel or scratches that go through to the base all show up when the pad touches the paint. A quote that says so up front saves the conversation on the day.
Redline reads the photos you send and builds the options from your prices, but it doesn't judge the paint. Your call sets the stage, and the test-spot line on the quote covers you if the car turns out to need more.
