What this template covers
- Shingles, underlayment and tear-off by the square (100 sq ft), the unit roofers quote in
- Edge metal and ridge by the linear foot, so measurements carry straight over
- A decking allowance line, billed per sheet as found
- The deposit paid at signing taken off after tax, so the balance due is right
- Warranty and payment terms at the bottom

A PDF still has to be emailed, chased and marked paid by hand. In Redline you say "invoice Sullivan $11,877.13 for the roof balance" and it drafts the invoice from the job you already have, as one amount with a one-line description, for you to check before it goes out. Your customer gets a pay link they can pay by card, and if it sits unpaid Redline flags it at day 3, 7 and 14 and tells you who to call.
Invoicing is on the Solo plan, $29 a month with a 7-day free trial. See invoicing or the full roofing software page.
