What this template covers

Skip the template next time
Hours are where moving invoices turn into arguments. Total it here, then at the drop-off say "invoice Ellis $1,644.50, move balance after the $150 deposit" in Redline. It drafts one amount with a one-line description. Approve it and he pays by card on the pay link before the crew leaves.
