Why it's laid out this way
- Hours as a range in the detail and the high end in the quantity, so the total isn't a lowball
- The packing day as its own packer hour line, since it's a different crew and day
- Boxes counted, not lumped, so the customer can supply their own and cut the line
- A piano and a long carry priced before the truck shows up
