In August, open your pipeline's Paid column for the past year and work down the list. For each house: "quote Dana Whitman: 160 ft roofline and 40 ft peaks at renewal rates, front maple, 24 new walkway lights, garland, takedown, 50% deposit". It builds the estimate and saves it on her file, next to last year's invoice.
