We plow at 2 in. of snow and again every 6 in. during a storm, then clean up once it ends.
Arrival and departure times are logged for every visit and available on request.
Driveway markers stay up until spring. Items not marked or visible under snow aren't covered for damage.

What this template covers

  • One line per storm, billed per push, with the date and depth
  • Walkway clearing per visit and ice melt per application
  • An overnight surcharge line for the 3am storms
  • Your trigger depth and visit log in the terms, which matter if there's ever a slip-and-fall claim

After a month of storms, say "invoice Doyle $490 for January plowing" and Redline drafts it as one amount with a one-line description. Approve it and she pays by card from the link. Do the same for each driveway on the route, or ask "who still owes me?" and it lists every open invoice.

Invoicing is on the Solo plan, $29 a month with a 7-day free trial. Redline doesn't bill seasonal contracts automatically, and it doesn't log plow times for you; it's where you send the invoices and see who's paid. See snow removal invoicing.

Bill the storm before the next one.

Start free and turn on invoicing when the season starts. Payments go to your own Stripe account.
