Skip the template next time
In Redline you say "invoice the Ellisons $3,781.88, final balance on the bathroom" and it drafts it from their job as one amount with a one-line description. Redline won't net out the $9,000 already paid on its own, so this sheet is where the contract, overage and change order get squared. Approve it at the walkthrough and they can pay the balance by card from the link.
