Why it's laid out this way
- Each piece of equipment is its own line with room for make, model and rating, so the customer can compare it with the other quote on the counter
- Line set per foot, since a long run on a two-story changes the number
- Install labor as one crew line, which is how most shops price a changeout
- Permit and haul-away spelled out so they don't look like surprises on the invoice
- A deposit worked out from the total, for ordering the equipment
