What this template covers

  • The install as one line, with the breaker and the wire per foot broken out under it
  • Conduit for the exposed run, priced by the foot
  • A load calculation line, so the customer sees why the panel didn't need an upgrade
  • Drywall patching as an add-on, the line that usually gets forgotten
  • The deposit taken at booking credited before the balance

In Redline you say "invoice Whitaker $1,657.66, EV charger balance after the $300 deposit" and it drafts the invoice on his file as one amount with a one-line description. Approve it and he can pay the rest by card from the link, on your own Stripe account. If it's still open on day 3, 7 and 14, Redline flags it and tells you who to call.

Invoicing is on the Solo plan, $29 a month with a 7-day free trial. See the electrical software page or how invoicing works.
