Inside Redline there's a community of contractors trading answers: how to price a weird job, what to do about a customer who won't pay, which truck setup actually works. It's labeled Beta in the app, it's free on every plan, and the best answers earn points that put you at the top of the pro directory.

What you can post

Question

"Customer wants a quote on a 1920s slate roof repair. How are you pricing per slate these days?" Ask under your name, or anonymously.

Win

Post the job you're proud of with Before and After photo tags. If a Redline pay link collected the money, the job card is marked "Verified, paid through Redline".

General

News about your business, the trick that saved you an hour, or anything else. Redline also pins a Tip of the day at the top of the feed.

Promo

A promo for your business. Promos are posted from their own weekly thread, Promo Wednesday.

Points, Top Pro and bounties

Nailed it
The reaction on a good post or answer. Each Nailed it is worth 10 points.
Top Pro
Reach 500 points in a calendar month and you're a Top Pro for that month and the next: a badge, and first place in the pro directory.
Your standing
See where you rank among pros in your state over 7 days, 30 days or all time.
Bounties
The owner or an admin can stake 100, 250 or 500 AI credits on a question. The asker marks one reply "Fixed it" and the credits go to that person's workspace.
When nobody fixes it
Staked credits come back after 14 days with no Fixed it, if the question is deleted, or if Redline staff answered it.

Follow and connect

Follow is one way, like a feed. Connect is a request the other person accepts.

Anonymous questions

Shown under a label like "Verified roofer, MA" instead of your name. Anonymous questions can't include photos.

Length and photos

Posts up to 1,000 characters, replies up to 500. Up to 4 photos per post, with location data removed on upload.

Share a win

Turn a win into a "Verified win" story image to share outside Redline. On Solo and up you also get a monthly recap card.

Safety

Report and block are on every post, and a post hides itself after 3 reports. A "Before you post" check warns you about phone numbers, emails and addresses.

Is the community free?

Yes, on every plan, Free included. The monthly recap card is on Solo and up. See pricing.

Why does it say Beta?

It's labeled Beta in the app while it's still being built out. Features can change.

Where do bounty credits come from?

Your workspace's AI credits. The owner or an admin stakes them, and they move to the workspace of whoever gives the Fixed it answer, or come back to you after 14 days if nobody does.
